Delivery and payment

This is a translation for your convenience. In case of a dispute, the Serbian version applies.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the Republic of Serbia. For now, we don't ship abroad.

How much delivery costs

• Delivery costs 390 RSD per order.
• Delivery is free for orders of 2.000 RSD or more.

You can see the delivery cost in the cart and at checkout before you confirm your order. All prices include VAT and there are no other costs.

When it arrives

After you order, you get a confirmation by email. We hand the package over to the courier service AKS Express, and delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days from the order. Couriers don't deliver on weekends and public holidays, so the delivery moves to the next business day.

The courier calls you before delivery and delivers packages on business days. An adult has to be at the address to receive and pay for the package. If the courier doesn't find you, they call you to arrange a new time, and they try to deliver the package twice. If that doesn't work either, the package comes back to us. If the package comes back because you didn't pick it up or refused it without a good reason, we let you know that the sale has been terminated and charge you the delivery costs.

How you pay

You pay in cash to the courier when you receive the package (cash on delivery). Paying by card on the site or by bank transfer isn't possible for now. You get a receipt with the package.

Receiving the package

Check the package in front of the courier. If the packaging is visibly damaged, you can refuse to accept it and get in touch with us, and we'll send a new package. If you only notice damage or a mistake once you open the package, write to us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours, with a photo.
